Program Details
U16-19 Regular Program athletes train to race with race starts in the Regional Series, Open Series, and Western Ski Cross. Racers at this level work hard with coaches to refine their skills to a highly competitive level. See our Documents & Guides page for more program details. Estimated 220 hours of on snow training with Canadian Ski Federation Certified Coaches.
Training Schedule
Athletes in this program train three times per week (Tuesday/Thursday 6-8:30pm and Saturday 9:30am-1:30pm)
Mountain camps and races are on the calendar throughout the year.

Program Details
The U16 APEX program is a group of events signed up for which are designed for U16 athletes who are keen and ready to partake in additional training and competitive opportunities. This program is in lieu of the U16 regional program registration with some additional and alternative events including mountain camps, Speed Camp, and U16 Provincial Series race starts.
Athletes interested in the additional training opportunities but not necessarily the more intense race starts, may register in U16 APEX but substitute in Regional starts for Provincials if desired.
Training Schedule
U16 APEX athletes have the same local training schedule as all U16s, and are grouped intermingled.
The additional mountain camps and provincial races which are recommended for this program are listed in the calendar.
